Saw 3 rooms, all are modern, spacious and well laid out with Nescafé machine, capsules, snacks and mini bar - beds made from bio materials, with slippers and dessing gowns. Well appointed and clean. I liked the dvd player with a choice of 6 recent dvd's. Rooms with windows on the streets can be noisy, a few late night revellers... More

All round excellent hotel in my view, and we hired the whole place. Location can't be beaten on the Witte de Withstraat which is the hip heart of Rotterdam. Rooms smart, neat, clean and achingly hip. The lower front room can be a bit noisy, so book this one if you aren't a light sleeper. Stairs steep. Staff lovely. Service... More

We stayed in the Tex Two room for 3 nights and we really loved our room. The room was on the first floor (some steep stairs) a good size with a very comfortable bed, a large terrace, modern bathroom (just a shower) a full size fride and some free drinks and snacks. There is also lots of maps and information... More

Stayed 2 nights in Tex One room. Big room, modern and well decorated. The room has free wifi, a free minibar (bottle of wine, beer and soft drinks), a Nespresso machine, a safe and an iron. If you want breakfast, you have to order it in advance. There are also some DVDs provided. The hotel is well located on a... More

We stayed over the Easter weekend and on all 3 nights there was shouting and partying in the streets until 3am, with one bar bring directly underneath the hotel pumping out heavy base music. The location was great for where it was in the city, but next time we will probably search for a hotel on a quieter street as... More

A Small Hotel is located on a lively street. A bit too lively. As it turned out, our room was directly above a restaurant which, on the Saturday night of our stay, was hosting what we were later told was "a special party". But based on what else we were told later, I suspect those special parties are more the... More

Stayed here for a business trip in Jan. A small hotel in many ways is like a self-service hotel, it's a converted house with each room being different and if, like me, you are here on business and checking in and out outside of 9-5, they are perfectly set up to give you the out-of-hours check-in and out service. It's... More

Very pretty, comfortable room, excellent bed. With the fridge, tea, coffee, bath tub, tv and audio (iPod dock!) it feels like a home away from home, in the most happening street of Rotterdam. More

Small indeed with only 6 rooms, all a little bit different. A bit of self-service hotel (no lobby) build in a renovated old Dutch house located in the avantgarde street of old but modern Rotterdam. All rooms feel like you are home. But do not take to much luggage with you as there is no elevator, only old-style stairs. Dont... More

All the great comments already written about this hotel are true, it's lovely, spacious, an extremely comfortable bed and generous amenities. It's a colourful area with some great restaurants and theatres nearby. However there is a 'cafe' downstairs at the entrance and once I left the hotel and found someone from the cafe lounging on the doorstep. Being a solo,... More

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our hotel! We are in the busy heart of Rotterdam and surrounded by bars and restaurants which makes for a lively and fun atmosphere in the Witte de Withstraat.
