Stayed here for 1 night with my mom and aunt. We received a pretty spacious room with three single beds facing the streets. It was indeed pretty noisy when awake but when asleep we didn't notice anything. The room did not have a bath just a shower and it was all pretty clean. There were indeed a few spots here... More

It was a terrible hotel. The owner was not friendly, we were accompanied by a trainee. The stairs to oure room were broken. The parking was horrible we got cheated by the owner we had to pay a lot of money to park the car. The room was dirty, the ceiling was covered with mold, the balcony looked out on... More

My partner and I stayed here for 1 night. We were given a room at the front which looked nice and was clean. The problems started when trying to sleep. Dual carriageway outside was Horrendously Noisy. Good job I took ear plugs. Beware heated towel rail in the bathroom, the bedroom was too hot and we didn't know where the... More

I've stayed in the hotel for 10 days in September 2009. The general impression is very good: I stayed in a medium-size room with a comfortable bad, wardrobe, a table, small refrigerator, TV (there was a regular TV and a possibility to use additional cinema channels for extra pay – I did not use it), tea making facility (not only... Stayed at the delta for 2 nights in March. The hotel is quite a ways from the train station if you plan to walk. I was not keen on the location but it was close to the Euromast. It was clean and had a little balcony, not a great view but nice to have outside space. The bed was extremely... More

Hotel Milano should not display a 3 star rating. Definetely not recommended. We called the hotel twice before our arrival to say that we would arrive late in the night. They said that it was no problem. Only thing was, when we arrived at 2 am everything was dark, the reception room locked, no lights, no messages, no keys for... More

I was paying my own bills on this trip, so went for somewhere cheaper than usual. The Milano is in a very "ethnic" area of a diverse City. I had no particular problem with this, working in London. The major drawback is that it is next to a major junction on a busy road and despite the price of petrol,... More

Hotel is currently undergoing renovations and is in a terrible state. It does not deseve the two star rating that Expedia gave it. Stairs/hallways are dingy looking, and there was construction dust everywhere. Location was okay near a tram station), but generally, the neighbourhood is a little trashy. The rooms were spacious and clean enough, but very, VERY basic. The... More

I stayed here on the May 20th, 2007 and found the hotel to be located just a 5 minute walk from Central Station. The front desk staff were very very pleasant and helped me with my luggage to my room. Do not let the price put you off, this hotel is a bargain for sure. I would of paid much... More

CONS: 1) small room facing the hotel's junkyard, (there were tyres, pieces of wood, cardboards strewn about!! and the room got a very dirty balcony as well) 2) no tea making facility, (no kettle, not cups are provided. nothing in the fridge bar either, which makes it very inconvenient, especially if you want a drink at night) 3) no pen...
