Stayed at this hotel in December 2011. We got upgraded to the suites which was a nice touch. Overall the hotel is ok, not luxury. Breakfast is good, bar staff a bit slow, whereas front office staff were helpful and polite. There are better hotels out there but definitely much worse ones too! More

Hotel reception looks great, unfortunately this doesn't extend to the rooms, which are very dated and grotty.
