Misleading claim of free wifi lures you to hotel only to find that it is an unbearably slow connection which you can upgrade to a normal speed at a cost! This is just a lousy and unforgivable dishonest trick. More

we were welcomed very warmly and everything as we would have liked it. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast varied and adequate. Beds very comfortable and reception staff very pleasant. This hotel offers good rooms, with complimentary internet connection, very close to the Utrecht Central Station. From the outside it looks quite interesting, located in a rather isolated position, with its bluish windows. Inside everything reminds the '70 and therefore appears rather cold. Central location for doing business in Utrecht. Nothing fancy but meets the needs of the business traveler. Staff is friendly, food is decent and the rooms are adequate. The price varies based on demand which is normal for all hotels. I have no reservation recommending Park Plaza Utrecht for a short business stay> More
