We called the morning of to arrange the time of arrival. Even though we were earlier than posted check-in time, they were accommodating. Hosts were very nice & helpful. We stayed at the Welkom-in for 3 nights in November 2011. We stayed in room 3 which was a beautifully decorated room and very comfortable. I was travelling with my wife. And we had a problem with this pension. We made booking for 10 days. But we don't like the place cause it was cold and uncomfortable there.
