Best hotel in town. Wonderful staff. However, I think they have a slight bug problem and should do pest control. My room had a silver fish a small bug in the bathroom and one on the bed. I am not so bothered by these but may bother others more. Rooms on 1st and 2nd floor advised. More

GOOD QUALITY HOTEL, but two problems: 1 We found a significant mark/stain on a bedsheet - they replaced very efficiently but even so we were left uneasy 2 They are supposed to respect guests' wishes to protect the environment: but each day we left our towels on the rail and each day they were even so replaced! All round good hotel, surrounded by some very good restaurants and in a great location for commuting into Amsterdam. The hotel staff were very friendly and interesting to chat to and helped us with getting converters. The underground public car park is literally right next door to the hotel and we were spoilt for choice for restaurants and cafe's nearby.... More
