This hotel is not in the center of town, but very close to the tram stop which takes you to the center of Amsterdam in about 25 minutes. The service is great, very friendly staff. The room was very clean, modern and the bed very comfortable. The area is quiet and we had a great night sleep! I like the... more

We stayed there for a weekend - standard room was fine with decent bathroom (bath with shower over). BUT breakfast €17.50 per person (served in room) - and not great... poor coffee, some parties and bread. The front desk guys were rude - probably understaffed, prioritised phone calls over waiting customers. Made to feel like an inconvenience in their day.... more

Friendly hotel staff and comfortable, modern rooms were offset by the hotel's location. It is in an industrial park on the outskirts of town. Access to the city centre is good, however. About a 10-15 minute walk to public transportation and then 15 minute ride. Hotel is designed in very modern style; offers great amenities. more

Just back from the Artemis and the hotel is very well appointed and clean. Be aware though that the breakfast will cost you 19 euros each and although the trams and buses are fairly close by. At night it can all get a bit confusing when trying to remember which way to go. To print out our boarding passes for... more

Great Loction to Airport, esp for early flight, only a few stops from the airport by bus, takes maybe 15 min or so. From bus stop by IBM building its only a couple min walk to hotel. Very nice inside, and service at desk is great. Will hold luggage till room is ready so can start out and see the... more

So your this house was absolutely made for me!!! : > It´s a good idea to combine hotel business with art and using the hotel as a small gallery ...! I also liked the rooms, because... more

The hotel was stunning. The staff were very friendly and the room were stunning. Even though the hotel is about 20 mins away from the city centre by tram or bus its well worth it as you see so much of the city. The tram stop is about a 5 min walk and runs til 1am after that there are... more

Very nice hotel. Clean, classy, comfortable. Great place to stay, though it is out of the city somewhat. Half hour on the tram will get you into the city, and it is quite a pleasant trip so I didn't mind travelling in every day. It is closer to the airport - 15 mins on the bus. more

I got a good price on this hotel and after seeing the website was excited about staying there and my expectations were pretty high for a "Designer" four star hotel. Things got off to a bad start when instead of getting a "double" room I was checked into a room with just a sofa bed/couch. I was very disappointed that... more
