Hotel overall is good but during our visit in May of last year the main waiter gave out to someone in the kitchen which is open. Great price for 4 star hotel, walking distance to center. Two stories room, with plasma TVs, nice bathroom. Very clean, service friendly. Breakfast can be added to room for 15 euro. Very safe area. 15-20 min walk to the downtown. Tram just outside the door.
