This is a clean, basic hotel located right next to the flower market. Easily accessible by foot / tram. Good wifi. The breakfast is very mediocre and the weekend rates are pretty steep. But thats Amsterdam on a weekend :-( More

Yes, it might be central, but it is filthy and the people who own the hotel don't care. since we last stayed there, they seem to have upgraded the breakfast room a bit. The hotel is ideally situated for sightseeing. Drop at Koningsplein tram station (lines 1,2,& 5). Some rooms have a canal view, others on a patio/garden. Ask if bathroom is private or down the hall.
