Great location just off Dam square, there are lots of shops, restaurants & tram stops all within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and plenty large enough. They were cleaned every day, linen and towels changed. Breakfast catered for all tastes and staff again were helpful and polite. Very good location. Would stay there again. more

I travel much and am quite aware that euro hotels are different than other places .But this is just a neglected facility and where they could make up for it a bit in service...they don't. First time in Europe - good size room and bathroom, clean, lots of light, comfy bed what more could you want! Would stay again if went back to Amsterdam. more
