We stayed here last week for one night. I would recommend it to anyone. Friendly staff at check in and throughout our stay. They gave restaurant tips, transport advice etc. We were offered free beer/juice/coffee on arrival, and there was a coffee machine and basket of fruit available to use in the reception all the time. We stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed it! Comfy bed, good breakfast, warm rooms. It is perhaps a little too far away from the tourist centre - we had to catch the tram, which was a nice experience in itself. Would stay somewhere closer next time.
