The hotel location actually is quite good not far from the center .. 5 minutes drive with car. But the service and the facilities for us family with young children, that have expectation that Children corner (xbox/PS3) or playground is usable was not in the good condition at all.

Good for conference centre. Shuttle service was provided but sadly restricted with only one return service to the hotel. This could have been better arranged to tie in with conferences. Like i said, an ordinary hotel in Maastricht. Don't expect a luxury room because it's nothing spectacular. Rooms are clean and the separate toilet is appreciated. Shuttle to the city center is a very welcome service. Unfortunately only one shuttle back to the hotel. Drinks at the hotel are not recommended. About 6 EU for a bottle of water.

Typical Novotel - everything is okay but not particularly good. Comfortable but small basic room, clean, small European beds, limited drawer space, limited TV channels, separate toilet, safe big enough for laptop. Rip off Euro3.50 for bottle of water. We stay only 2 nights, standards are too low, room very poor, hotel clean but nothing exceptional, only the restaurant worth the trip, the hotel not We ate well though, but service amazingly slow, but food is good (at least)
