This hotel is stunning to look at, however we were disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful enough however we found the executive room average, the bed and pillows uncomfortable. “short break at lamprey”

We stayed in Room 240 which is advertised as a deluxe studio. It is a long way from deserving that description. The room is tired-looking with a worn and stained settee. The bathroom is very small. Leisure facilities at the hotel are excellent, as is the food. The location is outstanding and the staff are friendly.
