Smallish hotel with very friendly staff and great hotel restaurant. Rooms are compact but very clean and modern. Hotel is situated on a major tram line, giving easy access to all parts of Zurich. Great buffet breakfast in the restaurant. Authentic Swiss dishes to sample. Great wait staff at the restaurant.

Pros: excellent restaurant, great views on the 5th floor, some nice amenities, stylish décor, train stop directly out front, great hotel to get some laundry done (see below). The room was small but very well appointed. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was included withe price of the room and was Quite delicious.The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The tram stop was just outside of the hotel and made getting around town so easy. I hope to be lucky enough to visit Zurich again some... More

Everything was great, except for the noise from the next room. We heard them talk and watch TV. So if the hotel could improve the soundproofing, it would be just perfect. The mattresses were the best we've ever had :)

I reserved a business studio, it was really nice and big. Very clean and the personal is very polite. It is my second stay at the krone hotel always for business purpose. I recomand it! The tram station to the city (bahnhofstrasse) is just in from of the hotel.

I stayed here one night in March. My experience was positive: the hotel is modern, clean and close to the city center and to Zurich Main Station (2 tram stops or 15 minutes by feet). It has a very good restaurant as well.

This place was awesome! The room was very clean and looked like it had recently been renovated. There is a kitchenette area which contains a sink and a tea pot for heating water for coffee and tea.
