Arrived here to find they didn't have my booking, luckily they let me use their PC to show them my confirmation email. All sorted and parked downstairs (this costs extra), we went up a cool lift to our lovely room. The hotel is located a couple of blocks away from the railway station. The rooms were neat and contemporary. staff was just about ok.. in terms of willingness to help. breakfast was limited (more so.. cause i am a vegetarian). This is a good hotel if you travel by plane or train--very close to the main train station in Zurich, with easy access to the airport by train as well. Location away from downtown, but in a decent, residential neighborhood. Hotel is clean, rooms are a litle small, but adequate. Staff is polite. more
