We had a nice apartment, very clean and in a good location - short tram ride away from the main railway station. The street was quiet. Kitchen was good, had everything we needed. We used this as a place the night before flying out and with the good public transport to airport it served us well.

Yes, there's no lift, so if you can't handle stairs this place is not for you!
