The view is just amazing BUT the staff does not look too happy...Therefore the whole atmosphere was a bit moody. Our room was not the cleanist one but the view compensated that. It is an okay hotel.

I only stayed here once in 2003 as the Suisse-Majestic up the road was full. Although I still hold fond memories for the S-M, this hotel did not disappoint.

We stayed 4 nights and found the staff very arrogant rude and unfriendly. Maybe a course in "Customers pay my wages so be nice to them" may not go astray.

For a reasonable price you simply get the best view of the lakes and mountains in the region, perfect location.
