The "super saver rate" is not described as non-refundable except in the small print of the "terms and conditions." One would expect that when the rate is selected, the customer would be informed that the rate is non-refundable. The "Customer Service" is terrible - no help at all. More

I've been in this Hotel more than once in the past months and I have nothing to complain. The rooms are spacious, furnished with style and the iPhone compatible soundsystem is a plus. For New Year´s Eve, a 75 CHF stay, cheap enough for the expensive Switzerland. Better if you have a car, as it is a 10 minutes ride: don´t even think to walk towards downtown.
