This is the second time that we have stayed for a week this season. The staff are always attentive and pleasant. The food was even better with several special buffets during the week. The pianist played requests for us to dance to. We recommend you have one meal in the restaurant.

This hotel was adequate for our stay, however there is a massive discrepancy between the price and the standard of accommodation. The rooms are extremely dated, with most of the decor from the 1970s. This hotel is well situated as it is very near the train station. Our room has a view of the Matterhorn. It is suitable for families or groups. We didn't have any problems during our stay. The price is not bad considering the location.
