Unfortunately, the spa was being remodeled and wasn't available the weekend we were there (the staff let us know this when we made the reservation so it wasn't a surprise). We visited this hotel in September with a group. The hotel is beautifully situated. The rooms are spacious, food excellent and the staff were very helpful. Came from England with a group, by train through France, staying 4 nights in Zermatt. Everything about Beau Site was excellent - service, room with a view of Matterhorn, not far from the station, wonderful pool with jacuzzi. A dream location. more
