I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Touring. The staff were friendly, the room clean and tidy and well-appointed and had the most marvellous view of the Matterhorn. The food was very good and the hotel reasonably well-located. All in all a good stay. More

Stayed here as part of a walking holiday. Good food, accommodation and staff. Enough help but not 'in your face'. Recommended. Good location too, out of the main bustle but not too far out. More

This hotel is fantastic. Centrally located, 5 mins walk from the church. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is great, rooms comfortable and inexpensive. Friendly staff (not always the case in Zermatt). Will definitely be back. More

Our family of 4 just returned from a 5 night stay at the Hotel Touring for a ski vacation. We chose the hotel for its convenient "half board" meal plan, Matterhorn views, price, old world charm (pine paneled rooms with modern conveniences), and central location off the main thoroughfare. Got a very unpleasant experience booking a room. The hotel prices actually differ from what they have on their web site. Moreover, the hotel staff were not very keen to help booking and basically were rude. I would not recomend booking a room there. More

A warm, comfortable family run hotel that punches well above its class - well appointed rooms, stunning views of the Matterhorn, attentive service. The food as served to "pensionairres" is imaginative and varied. Within 6 minutes of the centre of town, but in a quiet location. A great place to stay. More
