This was our first time skiing in Zermatt. The hotel Schweizerhof was the perfect place to stay.In the centre of the village and very close to the trains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our best weeks skiing yet!

Stayed here with 4 friends in March 2013. Excellent value package with skis/boots/lift pass and dine around package. Staff were all charming, polite and helpful without exception. I loved this hotel. Its central location (walkable from the train station) is a delight, as the last thing you want to do upon arrival is walk a marathon to your hotel, even if it also has a luggage service.
