This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. My husband, son (10 years old) stayed at the Cervo for nine days towards the close of the ski season. The accommodation was fabulous (we had a suite), the food was great, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. we will certainly be back. More

The staff were most unaccomodating in assisting with ski lessons and told us to call the instructors ourselves, after assuring us on our pre-booking calls that this was a concierge service they offered to guests. We stayed at the Cervo last week in a family group of 8 (including 2 children) and had a sensational holiday. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and I have to say, I have rarely met a more kind, helpful staff than at the Cervo. after traveling for 20 hours I was greeted by the front desk staff whom brought me a glass of wine while my bags where taken to my room and the staff checked on if i could get a late dinner from their wonderful restrant upstairs. i was given a nice tour of the facility and escorted to the dinning room.... It may be a cultural issue, or personal, I do not know, but we were very uncomfortable with the room. The reason: the panel separating the bathroom lets see (at least a little) and listen (very well) who is in the bathroom. It is possible that most guests do not bother with it but we were really bothered. Definitely listen... More

We stayed in the Cervo last summer for a wedding and this hotel is fantastic. I only have positive things to say. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was a real home away from home. We will definately return. You pay for what you get...and this hotel is a true gem. More
