The location is really good. Just beside the window is funicular and it is quite noisey. There is no air conditioning in rooms! Minimalism in everything but as I said location will help you to forget about everything:) More

We were here on a Cosmos Tour for one night and I had read the bad reviews of this property On Trip Advisor and agree it is definitely Tourist class. No air conditioning and just a small fan in room. Stayed here June 27th. Lodgings were chosen by Cosmos on our tour of Switzerland. The room was small and dark and overlooked an inner courtyard. The location is good, too bad it is on the side of a hill. There is a funicular (cable car) that runs beside the hotel. It is noisey and shakes the building. Luckily the funicular only runs from 7 am til about 11 pm...as it literally goes thru the hotel. My room is on the far side away from the hotel, but the sound and vibration do still exist. There is an espresso machine in the room..nice touch. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is big, the wifi is free and works... More
