Centrally located, this is nice hotel. The rooms are a bit small but clean, and the hotel staff were friendly and most accommodating. There is no way this is a 5*. The views granted are amazing but unless you want to sit in your room all day looking out of the window, its not worth the money. And besides you can pretty much walk out anywhere and get the views of Lugano (which is a great place) Paradiso is also a fair old... more
