Location is good in front of lake Maggiore. Rooms are spacious but with poor cooling and little foul smelling, as may be open after some time. Staff is less and service is slow. Excellent location which is just in front of Lake Maggiore and 5 mins of walking to the town center. Family fun guaranteed. Decent breakfast buffet Nice pool Excellent size family rooms with balconies - wonderful view of the lake and mountains.

Hotel has a very nice location - in front of lake, amazing view from balcony. Rooms are old but clean. They were trying to charge us twice more than was agreed while making reservation. Breakfast is just fine.
