This hotel is nice if you get the chance to stay in one of the new apartment. The only negative point is the sofa bed if you are sleeping in the living room as the mastress is really hard.

Unlike the hotel, there is an elevator provided for the apartment of Hotel Stille.
We were pleased that we got our studio room upgraded to one-bedroom apartment. It is very new, fully equipped and nicely decorated. As it is located near the end of the road, it is quiet.
Furthermore, it is close to the hiking paths and not far...

We rented two double rooms with a shared bathroom. The price was quite reasonable for St. Moritz. The rooms were nice with a view of the mountains. Jorg and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful. Jorg came and picked us up at the train station and also dropped us back on the day we left. We had some doubts...

"Hotel Stille" in St Moritz Bad suggests - perhaps - a charming hotel surrounded by woods on teh lake. The reality is a concrete block overlooking a builders yard. It started badly when we arrived as three minutes from the station by taxi cost 25sfr! Bus was 3sfr! There was no one at reception and the contact number simply rang...

eggs, and when they were gone, TOO BAD. We were
not happy here at...

* Within fairly short walking distance to the lake and trails
Cons:
* Room felt like a summer camp dorm, very musty and terribly dated decor (i.e. drapes were from the 70's, linoleum floors/counters, no top sheet only a comforter)...

In a town full of little else but high-priced hotel rooms, Hotel Stille was very reasonably-priced and run by a very helpful friendly staff.
It's a bare-bones ski lodging, in the less fancy St. Moritz Bad (vs Dorf) part of town, but only a pleasent 15min walk to the center of the action in the Dorf. At the height of...

Nice sized room and the staff were nice as well.
We stayed in the building with the blue window frame and there is a printer on the ground floor, their print press woke me up the next morning (we were on the 2nd floor which is really the 3rd).
Breakfast was good, shower pressure was ok too.
We wanted to...
