This is a great hotel and he staff where very nice. This is the 2nd skiing/snowboarding trip from club med that I have been. I met some friends there and I am truly surprised by how affable the staff were. The rooms had a lovely bed, and it was kept at a good temperature. The rooms had a great view... More

the city saint moritz is very beautiful; the train from zurich to the city has beautiful views. the ski station has good lifts and is excellent for skiing. some days we have to walk with the boots from the hotel to the lift... it was bad, because walking in long distance with boot is not so good... they could gave... We have been to this club med several times before but this time I found it particularly poor. There was a very long wait for check in. The rooms were ok. The shower cubicles had moulds on the ceiling. The G.O.s were with very low level of enthusiasm, probably because it was the last week of the season! The food... More

Rooms are clean and acceptable size with plenty of storage. We had a room on the top floor and did not experience any noise issues. Check in was relatively quick bearing in mind all the info we needed to be told. On our first evening there was not any room in the main restaurant so we were shown to the... More

We took the train from Zurich to St. Moritz. It was a very scenic ride. The resort is well managed with a good friendly crew of staff. The resort has no luxury feel to it, but the rooms are clean and the facilities are adequate. The Mini Club Med for the children are well run and my children enjoy the... More

Just returned from a week vacation at club med Roi soli. Chek in was quick, considering the large crowed that arrived at the same time. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was helpful and Multilanguage. Food was mostly good. The bar area is a beat small and gets crowded in the afternoon and evenings. The spa consists of two small... More

A case of nearly there but not quite for this hotel... Rooms are clean and perfectly fine. Staff are very good, multi lingual and fun. Food quality and selection is very good and varied but the way you Q for a table and eat in a communal dining hall is grim. The bar area is no better as there is... More

Not enough options for activities or restaurants. The sauna/pool hours were very limiting. The dinner bell rang at 1900- and you had better be there. Ski school was great and organized. Club Med- not so much. Check in was absolute chaos. Information provided was inconsistent. There was no information book in the room to figure out what you might of... More

It was our first ski holiday. So we decided to choose club med for their all inclusive service, with full board and ski lessons. Our booking was for a week, from Sunday to Sunday. We realised that was the arrangment for all the guests as well. The crowd at checking-in was overwhelming, but fortunately, the reception was pretty organized. We... More

We stayed in single rooms. At first I was kind of disappointed, but then realized that its a pretty good option, you have your own room, TV, and sink, excellent choice if you like privacy or sleep with TV on....like I do. You do share a toilet and shower, but they were clean. Food is great, common area is a... More
