This is a very pleasant hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, internet access (pay per creditcard) in room, minisafe, excellent bath room, spacy rooms. Pleasant breakfast, good choice, very friendly staff, who even serve freshly squeezed orange juice at the table. Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during a conference last week. Location: Right in the middle of Promenade. Easy to get everywhere. Cabs are expensive so take bus no. 1, 2 , 3 or 7 from outside Davos Dorf. Bust stop is right outside the hotel. Upon check-in, everyone is given a free guest card which entitles you to... more

We decided rather late to take a week's skiing holiday immediately after Christmas, and the Kongress was the only hotel in Davos which could accommodate us (a family of 3).
