It's worth noting there are two hotels with the same name. This review is for the second hotel Ochsen. Brand new and modern. Good size room and very comfortable. Great location for skiing. The price includes a lift pass and breakfast and service is friendly, I actually checked in several hours early.

Reception staff was not flexible at all, not customer oriented and sometimes impolite. Zero flexibility, too expensive for provided service. Ski room is always open and accessible to non guests. Rooms in Ochsen1 are old, smelly and close to the train track.Breakfast choice is limited.However,meat restaurant deserves a visit.Internet wireless is free.
