Susi's is in a great location, just 5 minutes from Interlaken West Station, shops and restaurants. We had no trouble finding it (while pulling our luggage) with the directions from the website. Very clean and quiet rooms. Professional staff. Would definitely stay again as we found Interlaken to be a great location for day trips to Zermatt and Jungfraujoch.

the location of the hotel is excellent, room were quite descent as all very good place to stay. staff are very efficient. very happy with my stay. the thai restaurant is very expensive. the most important thing is the migros is like in the stone throwing distance where you can get very good and cheap food.
