We got this recommendation from Tourist Info. Very surprised at quality. The front office manager, Dominik, helped us tremendously thoughout our stay. Great renovated room and bath with balcony overlooking Harder Kulm mountain. Good eating recommendations and perfect location for us to walkabout town.

I think the hotel has 2 parts-Carlton & Europe. We stayed in the nicer Europe part which had the better rooms & breakfast. Staff were fine.
