Hotel Derby are offen do charges on your creditcard while they have no Authorisation. A credit of the hotel is not done and a chargeback is the only option. So be wise and do not book this hotel !!!! more

I stayed at the Derby for several days just after their renovations were completed in April 08 and loved it. Great location, great breakfast and the owners, Jurg and Pia (and cat Josephine) were the best. They were friendly, helpful and always on hand to give travel advice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Interlaken. more

This was my worst experience in my 10years of travel. Don't even go here if your skin color is not white. The manager even called my kids 2year old and 7year old as devils. more
