Bad points: Cheap feeling family room on the 3rd floor for non-smoking double occupancy - old, mismatched furniture, only one cheap bedside lamp, had to hire a kettle from reception for 25 francs extra. The impression that sticks to my mind about that place is - comfortable, great location, small but cosy rooms with a balcony, hospitable and friendly staff, sumptuous breakfast with a wide range of choices and nice view. The staff even arranged a birthday cake at a short notice! More

The hotel was rather expensive but I think it was priced fairly when compared to others around Interlaken. The breakfast which was included was the best we had our entire stay in Europe. The staff was really nice and eager to try to satisfy our requests. More

Nice hotel bang in the middle of town with easy access to the railway station. Interlaken as such is a very small town so you could walk around the area and explore. Lovely family owned hotel in the centre of Interlaken. We had a large comfortable room and large bathroom (including bath) with views of the Jungfrau. Very helpful in reception. Breakfast good. Highly recommended More
