Very friendly and supportive staff, from booking to check in to every part of the staying. Good restaurant, good breakfast, good location. As a 3 star hotel, they could not do much more, the price is 3,5-4 star level. Nevertheless good solution, can only reccomend.

My colleagues and I had a lovely 2-night stay after a week-long trade show in Lucerne. We came to hike and enjoyed the town very much. We were welcomed so warmly at the hotel and loved the 5-course dinner, ample breakfast and great coffee! I would love to come back sometime.
