Located part way between the main train station and the Grund, which goes to the Kleine Scheidegg and Jungfraujoch. Hotel will pick you up from the station to avoid walking the hill with your heavy bags. We had a spacious corner room with views from the windows and the deck. Best of all, it was blissfully quiet. I have stayed here twice now (august 2006 and 2007), and plan to come back again this year (2009). The location can't be beaten when you are looking for quiet. It lies on a barely trafficked road between the Grund and Grindelwald stations, has its own parking area, and is still within easy walking distance to anything you need in... More
