The most unfriendly and stiffy hotel I have ever been. Waiters look at you like you are a dog. Stay away. Overpriced. Posh. Unrelaxing. Mostly old people or very young rich kids. Will never be back. more

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff -but no wheelchair access to anywhere except dining room and main bar. We've stayed and dined at this hotel many times over the last twenty years, and it's yet to be bettered. Food in all the restaurants is excellent, location is idyllic, staff unsurpassed, facilities excellent. Lovely in both summer and winter. Very difficult to better. more
