After I read other reviews, I think it's true that the stair to the place is quite something and you need to be careful about the lift. However, I don't think those are my problems. the pension is well located, but the first thing that you notice when you get there is that it smells like hundred of cats used the place as a toilet.. tha up stairway to the pension is very heavy and no one comes to help you. the lift is unsafe and finally the rooms are very very dirty. dust everywhere... more
Quite well-located in the Luzern city center but the up-stairway to pension could kill you if you arrive with big suitcases! The rooms come with a good view to Luzern downtown but the decoration looks like 70's hostel rooms.
