“Beautiful views in otherwise rather ordinary 5*”

We enjoyed the gorgeous lake views from our hotel patio and the peacefulness of the place. The lounging chairs and room were comfortable. However, we didn't find anything that we wouldn't expect from a 5*...in fact, the rooms could be rated 4* for their rather small size. “Swiss Hospitality at it's Best”

Palace Luzern not only has great location with some breathtaking views but also outstanding service. The staff was not only courteous but genuinely interested in making you stay comfortable. We stayed their with our kids and the entire family had a great time, overall it was a great experience. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luzern.

I stayed here in a deluxe room while on a business trip to Switzerland. The views of the lake were breathtaking, and the room itself was extremely large, especially by European standards, and even had a balcony. “Top Hotel Marvelous Location.”

Walking down to the hotel from the Chaple Bridge set the scene for a special experience. The hotel staff were a delight and having a lake view room was the icing on the cake. Am looking forward to the day I can return. Had room service for dinner one night and the service and presentation were amazing.

“Magnificent Hotel. Fabulous Location.”

I stayed here in June 2012 with two teenaged Grandchildren. The Accommodations were spacious and the location is unbeatable. All Hotel personnel were warm and gracious...and the Breakfast Buffet was delicious. We walked to everything including the Train Station for our arrival and departure. It was a pleasure to experience this magnificent Hotel in this fabulous city.
