in 2 different rooms with closed windows every noise from the street also at the 6th floor can be heard. in addition even elevators ate constantly heard in the rooms. My colleague staying in another room complaints about the same. Rest of the hotel is Ok for Geneva but not being able to sleep at this price is not acceptable.

This hotel's level of customer service is very high. All staff were helpful, welcoming & attentive. From rooms through to food the presentation was wonderful. There were thoughtful little extras, from snacks with drinks to extra shower caps & toiletries in the room. Visit & you will have a lovely time!
