The hotel confirmed my reservation with a reservation number the end of February. Two weeks later, and just four days before my stay, they threatened to cancel my reservation because they supposedly weren't able to process my credit card. I rebooked at a different hotel in Geneva instead. Don't risk having your reservation cancelled because of unprofessional service.
