I liked my stay at this hotel. It was a reasonable price for Bern and a great location in the old part of the city. Lots of restaurants closeby. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Street was a little noisy at night until bars closed around 1am. Comfortable room. Staff were very helpful especially before my visit when we exchanged emails. More

About 15 mins. from train station. Nothing in room operates without electronic key inserted into room control. Yes, bathroom is insert, so everyone else knows your business. Only one trash can (in the bathroom) in the whole place. Only stayed one night. OK and likely good for some people, but I don't think I would stay here again. More
