Fair price (per room and not person) - all puplished on the homepage (www.seminarhotel gerzensee.ch). Free wireless (100% working), free parking (undreground garage), free gym, enough free guest PCs with Internet access and printer, free billard and table scoccer, functional rooms with TV, coffee set, telefon, stereo and bath. Good food: meats, cakes, fruits, expresso and capucchino, etc. Obsolete services: no wireless, cheap scanner, non-working phones and answering machines. Their big deal is a tennis court... Mostly ignorant staff: don't all speak English, can't inform you about basic town or hotel questions, they complain and make faces about your paying with credit or charging to the hotel.
