Stayed 2 days in March. Got a good price for a large room with a great view. The location with panoramic views makes a stay worthwhile. However as a whole the hotel barely achieves 5* quality. It seems like the owners are milking the great old building whilst letting it and the service get run-down.

Stayed 2 nights. First the good... Hotel is very pretty, our room (a suite) was beautiful, room service quick, nice marble bathrooms, robes included. Beds very comfortable. We were upgraded upon our arrival to a suite with views so incredible they were almost unbelievable! Service was excellent all around - great property! Bar staff even opened, chilled and delivered wine we had bought at a winery to our room with ice and glasses!

Last week I stayed at the Brufani Palace after a I 'escaped' from a dissappointing booking at the Fontanelle residence outside Perugia. The Brufani is everything you expect. Fantastic rooms, great service, complete breakfast, wonderful interior, sauna, pool, strategic location for visits to Perugia, etc... We really enjoyed every second of the stay and can highly recommend the hotel.

We loved it.perfect location. Great price. Welcoming staff. Unbeatable views! This was an amazing experience.we had drinks in the bar with friendly and accomodating staff and dinner in the restaurant as well - i could never expect an authentic and enjoyable meal at home in Australia!
