This hotel advertises that it does not have a cancellation/change fee when in fact it does. I tried to change my reservation and I am being charged $86 to do so. So out of frustration, I cancelled my reservation.

Hotel Berti is just inside the city walls near Piazza San Pietro. The bus to/from the train station stops just around the corner.
