Staying at Il Casato was a dream. This is a gorgeous, historic property just a five minute walk from the campo. The terrace outside our room was a huge an unexpected bonus. Our room was beautiful, and the common areas are charming. I would highly recommend the Chianti tour which we conviently booked through the hotel. more

This accomodation was very disappointing. It all sounds so great a small hotel situated in old buildings in the middle of the beutiful town of Siena. The location is actually OK a bit away from the tourist streets but still close to everything.
