This hotel has got an only one positive thing: it's in the centre of Siena.For the other things it's terrible. The rooms are tiny and with very old fornitures, the tv is microscopic and I really don't Know where is this fantastic view!Also the entrance and the reception are very old and not cosy at all. more

Good location, inside the walls. Nice view over the area. Room is not luxurius but OK. I had a problem with my car window, reception staff spent lot of time trying to fix it and finally they searched for a repair place which could fix it cheap. I have been to Siena 4 times and this was the best by far. The hotel is situated in the perfect location. It was tricky to find since we drove ourselves. Be sure to get driving instructions with a map to avoid confusion. The Palio horse races were on and we could witness the action with a 2 minute walk.... more

I concur with the previous review. The hotel room was fine. The location was fine. The breakfast was above average with an attentive staff. The peope at the front desk were the pits.
