Poggiacolle is a working farm on a hilltop surrounded by about 25 acres of vineyards and olive groves with magnificent views of rural Italy. Simply stunning views. Beautiful, quiet, clean, lovely rooms. Very close to San Gimignano and Stephano, the owner, is so welcoming. Everything worked! The bed and pillows were great. Breakfast was good and the woman serving it was just lovely. Not a lot of English but she was keen to have a conversation. This is a top spot.
