Can't fault this place - the location is perfect, just outside the city walls, the young couple who run it are very pleasant and helpful, it's nicely furnished and very clean, free parking (not that common in Italy) and a reasonable price. We wouldn't hesitate to go back should we ever be travelling this way again.
