My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Le Tre Stanze during October 2012. Patrick and his family are extremely gracious and the accomodations are fantastic: clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is literally steps from the Duomo so guests can quickly escape the bustle of tourists and relax in the quiet setting of the inn. I highly... More

We were recommended to stay here by Federica at Agrifuturismo and we were not disappointed! The style is stylish shabby chic with lots of interesting arty books etc. around the place. We first stayed in the Mansarda, which was very light and airy with massive open windows and a lovely terrace with a view of the Duomo, before moving to... More

My 18-year old niece and I stayed at Le Tre Stanze in the Garden Suite for 3 nights. It is a large and unique unit, which thankfully stayed quite cool in the summer heat, as it is on ground floor. The lodging is walking distance to everything and half a block to the Duomo. There's a small grocery store across... More

We rented the Junior Suite & Mansarda for our family of five. Both rooms were HUGE, and you just can't beat an evening on the terrazza off of the Mansarda. Patrick was the perfect host, quick to provide recommendations when asked. The welcome plates were also a nice touch. The location? Perfect. And the beds? Heavenly!

Just returned from a week in Rome and Florence - our stay at Patrick's amazing apartment made our trip. The rooms are as they appear in the photos, if not better. The small touches from fresh fruit, biscotti, water, slippers and dressing gowns made the apartment more of a b&b experience versus just an apartment rental. We were in the... More

Truly a lovely place to stay in Florence. Patrick is a great host, our room was private and had a view of the Duomo. It was also crazy romantic to be up there and the decor is beautiful. We felt like we were staying with a friend, albeit a friend who never bothered you or got in your personal space.... More

We stayed at Tre Stanze for 2 nights in early November, in the New suite on the ground floor with our own exit to a small garden. A large draped bed centered the ~60 square meter large room, wich also had a small kitchen area, perfect for making coffea or preparing simpler babyfood but not really suitable for cooking meals.... How to get to the "hotel": If you have a map, locating the hotel is piece of cake. The hotel is at the southeast corner of the Duomo. From the train station, it's an easy 10-15 minute walk (which is about the same time if you take a taxi). When you exit the train station, you'll need to head south... More

After an initial stay in Pisa with excellent B & B, we were a little concerned about arriving here. No need to fear, Patrick and a relative of his were most helpful and charming. The room was really cool (the new suite) and the little garden that was soooo quiet at the back, you would never have known you were... More

When I called Patrick from Israel to make a reservation I could hear the bells of the Duomo ringing in the background...we arrived Florence late in the evening and reached the perfect place- the location can't be better, and even though it is in the centre of town, it is very quiet. We stayed in the new suite which is... More
